Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash: 5–30 minutes for standard accounts; under 10 minutes for Gold tier and above.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any real money balance remaining in your account may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.
